Allow me to share with you a BiteByte of truth the Holy Spirit share with me. “The silver-haired head in our society many commonly call gray is meant to speak of a crown of glory i.e. meant by the Creator as a sign of honor.
The important 2nd clause is to say specifically this truth applied to the scenario where it found combined with a life lived in the path of righteous living. it is found in the way of righteousness.
The Creator tells us in Holy Scripture that he cares how a society treats and reverences or fails to reverence it’s more elderly members.

Bible glance at some heroes. Wow! Quite the list. And all true!
Abraham, the father of faith, lied.
Elijah, one of the Bible’s greatest prophets, was suicidal.
Moses murdered someone.
Gideon was consistency fearful.
Samson broke his covenant with God.
Rahab was a prostitute.
The Samaritan woman was divorced and still sleeping around.
Noah got drunk.
Jacob lied, over and over.
Jonah rebelled against God’s call and was extremely prejudiced.
Martha worried—a lot!
Zacchaeus stole tons of money from people.
Paul killed Christians.
And let’s not even get started on the original disciples; they were all different flavors of dysfunctional. We all struggle. We all fall. We all fail. We are all merely human.
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God’s people may have ‘checkered pasts’ they may even mess up while in his service, they can fall down but they get up! That is a quality of the righteous, afflictions come but God’s people, they, we, are overcomers!
‘My Father is glorified and honored by this, when you bear much fruit, and prove yourselves to be My [true] disciples. “ I am the true Vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that continues to bear fruit, He [repeatedly] prunes, so that it will bear more fruit [even richer and finer fruit].
You are already clean because of the word which I have given you [the teachings which I have discussed with you]. Remain in Me, and I [will remain] in you.
Just as no branch can bear fruit by itself without remaining in the vine, neither can you [bear fruit, producing evidence of your faith] unless you remain in Me. I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown out like a [broken off] branch, and withers and dies; and they gather such branches and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
If you remain in Me and My words remain in you [that is, if we are vitally united and My message lives in your heart], ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you. I have loved you just as the Father has loved Me; remain in My love [and do not doubt My love for you]. If you keep My commandments and obey My teaching, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love. I have told you these things so that My joy and delight may be in you, and that your joy may be made full and complete and overflowing. ‘ JOHN 15:1-11 AMP
